Program Modifications: Concrete Giants reserves the right to modify, terminate, or discontinue any partner codes or the partnership program at any time without notice. We reserve the right to approve or reject any partner applications at our absolute discretion.
Verified Sales Only: Payouts are issued monthly. A transaction is considered completed and finalized only after the customer receives physical delivery of their order and the order has successfully surpassed the Concrete Giants standard customer return policy window active at the time of purchase. Canceled orders, returned items, or credit card chargebacks do not qualify for rewards.
Compliance & FTC Guidelines: Partners are strictly required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on affiliate marketing. This includes providing clear and conspicuous disclosures of your material connection to Concrete Giants on any page hosting your tracking code.
Channel Exclusivity & PPC Restrictions: Tracking codes must remain exclusive to your official website, newsletter, and direct approved channels. Partners are strictly prohibited from submitting tracking codes to public coupon aggregator directories (e.g., Honey, RetailMeNot) or bidding on Concrete Giants brand keywords in paid search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads). Unauthorized placement will result in immediate code deactivation and forfeiture of associated commissions.
Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Concrete Giants. Partners are not permitted to claim ownership or use brand assets outside the direct scope of promoting our products through this program.
Tax Responsibility: Partners operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local, state, and federal taxes on their earned rewards.
Limitation of Liability: Concrete Giants is not responsible for any partner losses, lost traffic, or damages resulting from program changes, tracking code deactivations, or agreement terminations.
Governing Law: Any disputes arising from this partnership or agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
