Most Fountain Kit Orders qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Shipping costs vary based on the item and destination. For shipments outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us for a quote.
The customer is responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes imposed by the receiving country.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by date and shipped out as soon as possible, typically within 2-3 days, or longer if the product requires manufacturing.
Delivery times are subject to multiple variables.
VIP Front of the Line Service
Get your fountain kit as fast as possible with our VIP shipping option available at checkout. Skip the line and prioritize your order to be finished and shipped before non-VIP orders.
Liftgate Delivery Option
Required for most residential deliveries to safely unload your fountain kit.
Not required for commercial properties with forklifts or loading docks.
Important: Without a liftgate, unloading may be difficult and time-consuming. Some shippers may not allow unloading by hand or may charge additional fees. We recommend adding the liftgate option for residential properties to avoid surprise fees and ensure safe delivery.
For residential deliveries, the trucking company will bring the pallet to the end of the driveway. If you require delivery to your garage or other areas of your yard, additional fees will apply and will be charged directly to the customer.
Any additional fees or charges incurred during delivery, including liftgate fees or inside delivery fees, will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping and Damage Policy
Inspecting Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment carefully for any damage. If you notice any damage, make sure to note it on the bill of lading and report it to the shipping company immediately. This will help ensure that a claim can be filed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return or replacement. Defective items can be returned to us without a restocking fee during the warranty period. However, you are responsible for returning the item to us and for paying freight costs.
Return Requirements
To process a return, you must include the original invoice with the returned item. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. To initiate the return process, please contact us to set up a Returns Goods Receipt (RGA). This will ensure that your return is properly documented and processed.
Warranty Terms
Claim Review
Concrete Giants reserves the right to warrant or deny each claim pending the outcome of their analysis. We'll review each claim on a case-by-case basis and make a determination based on the specific circumstances.
Installation Requirements
To be eligible for warranty coverage, products must be installed properly according to the relevant Concrete Giants product installation manual. Any product modifications made post-purchase will void the warranty.
Compensation
If a claim is approved, compensation will be limited to the value of the merchandise sold or replaced. We will not be responsible for any associated labor or freight costs.
Restocking Fee
If returned goods are found to be in like new, saleable condition and are in season, Concrete Giants may issue a restocking fee. We'll work with you to resolve any issues and find a mutually beneficial solution.
